The Medical Check-up & Wellness program is a 5-night package that combines a full medical screening with a relaxing wellness holiday experience.
We recommend this to anyone who wants to complete all necessary health examinations while also recharging and rejuvenating after the daily grind. In the first part of the program, our Evergreen Health medical team conducts important diagnostic tests and consultations (much like the Medical Check-up program), then for the remainder of your stay you’ll enjoy indulgent spa treatments, massages, and leisure activities. Thus, you not only gain an accurate understanding of your health, but also depart feeling rested and refreshed. The Medical Check-up & Wellness package provides both the peace of mind of a thorough health check and luxurious wellness experiences, all in one tailored, seamless program.

Comprehensive Health Screening
- The medical portion of the program mirrors the 3-day Medical Check-up: a complete internal medicine and cardiology evaluation, lab tests, ultrasounds (carotid and abdominal/pelvic), and other necessary diagnostics.
- You obtain all vital information about your health and receive specialist recommendations early in the stay. This solid foundation ensures you can enjoy the latter half of the week worry-free, knowing that your health has been cared for.
Wellness Indulgence
- Once the examinations are finished, the remaining days of the program focus on relaxation and rejuvenation. The package includes multiple special spa and beauty treatments: for example, an aromatherapy massage to melt away stress, a personalized 60-minute massage of your choice, and a premium facial like the Ocean Secret “Gym Lift” treatment to firm and revitalize your skin.
- In addition, the package features molecular hydrogen inhalation therapy, which refreshes your body from within thanks to its antioxidant effects.
Active Leisure
- Along with unlimited use of the wellness area (pool, sauna, steam bath, jacuzzi, etc.), you can participate in daily group classes such as yoga, Pilates, or aqua aerobics to keep your body lightly active during your rest days.

- Throughout the stay, you will enjoy a healthy meal plan (breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks), which we can adjust in consideration of any medical findings (for example, offering an appropriate menu if your blood sugar is slightly elevated).
- The program includes nutritional counseling, so by the end of your wellness retreat, you’ll not only be well-rested but also more informed about your own diet. Unlimited herbal teas and refreshing beverages are provided during your stay to keep you hydrated and detoxified.
