Cupping Therapy
Using the ancient Chinese technique of cupping, we place vacuum cups, or cupping glasses, on the skin, which draw in local areas of the skin and the surface muscles. Cupping is applied at certain acupuncture points, as well as in areas of the body where pain extends deeper than the layers affected by the cupping. It helps improve blood circulation, alleviates stagnation, and relieves pain and swelling. It is primarily used for various acute conditions.
