Oxygen Inhalation Cardio Workout

Inhaling oxygen-enriched air while performing simultaneous exercises refreshes the organs and tissues with extra oxygen-rich blood, allowing the muscles to perform more efficiently due to improved oxygen supply. This method enables a refreshing effect on the body, which can be achieved in a much shorter workout time—sometimes as little as 15 minutes—due to the process of oxygenation. One example of this is oxygen therapy during stationary cycling.

With the help of oxygen, breathlessness disappears during exercise, allowing you to achieve greater performance and improved capacity and endurance. The increased oxygen supply enhances muscle load tolerance, resulting in less lactic acid production during muscle work. As a result, you can endure the load more easily and for longer periods, avoiding muscle soreness and improving concentration. Recovery after the workout is faster and more effective than without the treatment, and the same exercises can be performed at a lower heart rate.
